Historical background

This school is located in Sarapiqui, it is the first school in the community that implement technology in the whole classes. Teachers and students have the opportunities to work with computers, communicate with other schools and countries around the world. It is one of the few schools in the country that have that great opportunity.
La Virgen High School it was founded in 1996 with approximate 100 students. Nowadays the school has 590 students with 34 teachers from different areas, since 2007 conversational English classes were implemented given to students more opportunities to learn the language. Students are interested learning English because they opportunities to work to tourism.
There are 4 teachers of English.
According to the environment, La Virgen High School is located surrounded by a lot nature where students feel more comfortable and it makes they get the knowledge better the school has excellent infrastructure area.
Socio-Economic- it is a rural area. Sarapiquí depends on the most on tourism and agriculture activities. There are a lot of tourist centers, and pineapple plantations, around the town.

Methods

The high school has a lot of resources that implement interest teaching methods. Teachers use those resources to make interesting and funny activities. Teachers are based on the communicative approach classes are interactive and participative.
Communicate them in the target language and use a lot audio bilingual and total physical response the tool.
Teachers have excellent relationship with students; it helps the due development of classes. Teachers are able to evacuate doubt from students. Teachers think that syllabus is fine and that teachers are uncharged to develop correctly the program by making fine and funny activities that call students attention. Teachers use a lot technology resources and authentic material like pictures.
Teachers were improving good English classes.

Next article has the objective to show some methods or facts that facilitate teaching a new language. Improving new pedagogical ideas can change traditional methodology into a new complex one. There are a lot of teachers that based their teaching experience in methods that result boring and tired for students without recognize advantages in innovate the curriculum.

We can make a complete comparison between education in past times and nowadays, there is not a lot of differences, even though, we have more access to make an innovate class and new material, classes continuing being static There is a significant quantity of experiments and studies based on helping instructors to teach using materials that call students attention. Traditional methods are causing differences between teachers and students.

Into teachers hard work is important to take into considerations different situations that contribute to the learning process. Those factors have hard influence into the educational programs and its corresponding development. Environment and culture involves a variety of circumstances that we need to improve to get students interest. Student’s lifestyle and socio - cultural point of view need to be included into the development of the curriculum. Add cultural behaviors to the curricular can facilitate the process of teaching and learning.

When teachers are better prepared and good train are able to facilitate the transmission of the information. Good bases and supports in education give the opportunities. To put in practices what the teacher knows is important to support dissertation and lack of interest. Knowledge gives us security and we can transmit it to the learners. Teachers have the ability to develop learner’s skills by improving and putting in practices their own knowledge.

Taking into account the interest and goals of students into the curriculum can give us a better result. Students are going to use the vocabulary or knowledge in their daily routines. Sometimes they have better opportunities to work or live studying what they need.

In most of the cases teachers do not take into consideration a lot of situations that can make teaching experiences better every time. Adapting new material, manipulating it correctly can give more opportunities to the students for life.

There are a lot of factors that contribute and make hard influence into the process of teaching and learning. Education involves a lot of facts that can make it in a positive or negative form. This article was created on important bases to help teachers to understand what some of those facts are and how to make the complete process easier. In most of the cases those situations are generated by the person who is in charge of the educative system. Teachers have the opportunity to reflect about the importance in doing classes interesting in order to change the image of education and generate and take learner’s interest and attention.
First of all we need to know about what is the role of teachers into the educational system. We need to identify what are the things that really help or facilitate the process of teaching and learning. Teachers acquire the information and facilitate it to the students by different activities, transforming the process of learning into a process to live. Teachers guide students to make the process interesting.
Professors have the responsibility on doing learning process interesting. Time gives us experience, experience gives us knowledge, and knowledge shows us the correct form to teach in the right direction. Experience in teachers helps to analyze students and identify what is the correct form to teach them. Experience gives us the ability to manipulate in a positive form teaching process. Experience is only one of the most important facts that contribute to the due learning process.
There are a variety of methods that help teachers to develop teaching process interesting and innovated by applying the correct approach and teaching techniques, it can help to turn learning process into a funny one. An innovated methodology guides the teacher to the student’s attention. Methodology is an important fact that contributes to the due development of classes.
Even though we have been talking about certain methods and important facts to teach, one of the most important is motivation. Motivation in teacher’s helps to look for the best alternatives to teach, and for students to show interest in the learning process. Motivation makes classes interesting.
In certain situations teachers have those factors that we have been showing but environment in classes is not adequately. A lot of experience, a good methodology, and motivation can make a class convenient to the learning process; those important factors got students security in order to feel comfortable. Here we can appreciate that students are in trust to ask and participate during the class.
Nowadays there a lot of material that contributes to the learning process, technology helps in a majority of time, but there is not interest for teachers to look for the best form to teach. Taking into account all those considerations teachers can give another perspective about educative system and got students attention during classes. We are living in a competitive world where students need to be able in any area.
